Understanding Me, Understanding You:
A group therapy experience exploring identity, trauma, & connection.
This is an 8-week group for anyone ready to explore what makes us who we are, and how that shapes the ways we love, connect, and relate. Each week, we’ll reflect on themes like trauma, attachment, culture, and the stories we all carry, all within a supportive and engaging group process.
You’ll have space to share, reflect, and gain insight into how your personal and cultural identity impact the way you relate to others—and how to foster more secure, meaningful connections in your life.
