Vanessa Joseph

Every person that I have been honored to sit with has one thing in common: they are doing their best. It is so hard to be doing all that you can and somehow not get to where you truly want to be. If we must journey through life, then let’s at least get the support we need when the going gets rough. I am honored when someone takes the leap to share parts of their story/journey with me; whether it be to talk through trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, depression and even processing what it means to be a 2nd generation American. When we meet I will take the person centered approach. It allows the therapeutic relationship we’ve created to help heal and restore what's broken. In its place is a person empowered to believe they can overcome.
