“I want to truly thank you from the absolute bottom of my heart. I would not be where I am in life right now if it weren’t for the care and love that you showed me in every single one of our counseling sessions at Cumberland. To say that life has turned around for the better is a massive understatement. The light at the end of that dark tunnel has finally arrived. The difference between today and two years ago blows my mind, and to me is even more proof that Jesus is real, and is in the business of modern day miracles.”

  • Workshops: Our professionals provide workshops to our community on a range of topics. Workshops are anywhere from 2 hours to full weekends.

  • GriefShare Support Groups: While it may not ease the pain, understanding that grief is normal can help us cope a little better when we lose a special person or go through a significant change. These groups bring us together to lean on each other for 14 weeks. Email admin@cumberlandcenters.org for more details.

  • Restoring Your Heart Groups: This 14 week group helps individuals identify past areas of pain and places them on a pathway of forgiveness and healing. This could be your very first step in restoring your heart, or one of many steps along the way. But this group will help you understand your past and the effect it has on your present life, help you become more self-aware, help you become more God-aware, provide a pathway to forgiveness and, ultimately, bring you into a closer relationship with God, yourself and others.
