  • Are you looking to grow your clinical practice with the support of an established administrative engine? Cumberland Counseling Centers and Foundation Counseling are seeking motivated, fully licensed therapists to join our team as Independent Contractors.

    We handle the operational heavy lifting so you can focus entirely on what you do best: providing life-changing care to your clients.

    The Opportunity: Freedom & High Earnings

    We believe clinicians should be rewarded for their expertise. Our straightforward compensation model ensures you keep the lion's share of your hard work.

    • 75/25 Earnings Split: You retain 75% of all collected fees.

    • Operational Support: The remaining 25% covers your EHR access, billing support, marketing, and professional office space.

    • Total Autonomy: As a 1099 contractor, you set your own schedule, choose your clinical approach, and manage your own caseload.

    Insurance & Paneling

    While you are free to remain private pay, we strongly encourage and support our contractors in pursuing insurance paneling to increase client access. Most of our current clinicians are successfully in-network with:

    • Anthem / BCBS

    • Aetna

    • Cigna

    • United Healthcare

      Note: We provide dedicated guidance to help you navigate the credentialing and paneling process.

    Licensure Requirements

    To maintain our standard of care, applicants must hold a full, unrestricted license in the State of Georgia. We are currently accepting applications from:

    • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)

    • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

    • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

    • Licensed Psychologists
