Periodically our counselors and volunteers host what we call Renewal Groups. Not quite therapy groups, but pastoral counseling groups that focus on a variety of topics.

Restoring Your Heart (RYH): Ready to take a huge step in your healing journey? RYH groups are starting up again the last week of February 2024, and this is something you don’t want to miss! This 14 week, Biblical counseling group called “Processing Pain” is perfect for anyone who has been considering starting therapy, but doesn’t quite know if they are ready for a full commitment. Grief Share: A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
