Join a Renewal Group for Counseling & Personal Growth

Looking for community support and personal growth?

Join one of our Renewal Groups! These are both therapy groups and pastoral counseling groups hosted by our experienced counselors and volunteers. These groups offer guidance on a range of topics, providing a safe space for spiritual and emotional renewal. While our Renewal Groups are not all therapy groups, all of the groups we offer focus on holistic well-being and personal development, often through faith-based support.

Holiday Huddle Up: an 8 week group starting in Oct. 2024 that focuses on issues that can arise during the holiday season. Learn more here!
