Theresa Gray, LCSW
Hello! I’m glad you’re here. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and it’s important that you feel understood and supported from the very beginning.
I help women who feel stressed, anxious, or unsure of themselves learn to live with confidence and peace. I love to support in untangling complicated family dynamics and attachment issues from either the past or present. My passion is seeing clients recognize their value and begin embracing the strength and identity God has given them.
Our work together will draw from my clinical background, personal insights, and a faith-based approach if you choose to incorporate it. I’ll walk with you through the hard parts, offering encouragement and compassion as you move toward healing.
This journey takes courage, but you don’t have to take it alone. I would be honored to come alongside you.
