About Me: I am especially passionate about working with young adults navigating life transitions, women and mothers balancing multiple responsibilities while rediscovering their identity, couples seeking to deepen their connection, and individuals exploring intimacy, sexuality, and sexual wellness. I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to address concerns related to communication, relationships, desire, body image, sexual confidence, and intimacy, empowering clients to build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, integrating evidence-based interventions with genuine curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. My hope is that our work together helps you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, embrace your authenticity, and move through each season of life with confidence, becoming the most authentic, confident, and fullest version of yourself.

Taitánna Moore, LPC

Healthy relationships begin with a healthy relationship with yourself. I work with individuals and couples to strengthen their relationships, deepen intimacy, and navigate sexuality with confidence while moving through life's biggest transitions. Through collaborative therapy, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, improve communication, cultivate meaningful relationships, and create lives that feel authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.

Whether you're entering adulthood, adjusting to motherhood, strengthening your relationship, or exploring intimacy and sexual wellness, therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and grow. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your decisions, and more equipped to navigate life's challenges with intention.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported while also being encouraged to grow. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical tools for everyday life, and create meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your values and the life you want to create.
