Rebekah Warren, APC

I believe every person has inherent value and is on a unique journey toward growth and wholeness. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside individuals as they explore both past experiences and present circumstances, helping them better understand the patterns, beliefs, and perspectives that shape their lives. Through this process, we create space for healing, clarity, and lasting change.

In our work together, you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment where your story is heard and honored. Therapy may include exploring family systems, identifying unhelpful patterns, and developing practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and intention. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, low self-image and identity concerns, complex family dynamics, trauma, spiritual or religious struggles, and current marriage and family challenges.

About Me: Rebekah has been married to her husband Matt since 2009 and they have enjoyed working together in many ministry and non-profit settings together. They have three children and one fluffy dog that keep them busy and in the “Uber season” of life, carting them to their various activities and endeavors. Rebekah loves to travel with her family any chance she gets, but she also loves being at home watching movies, reading, playing board games, and doing puzzles. Two of Rebekah’s life goals are to see a waterfall in every continent and to be a contestant on Wheel of Fortune!
