About Me: I am passionate in working with people in all stages of life. Having raised my 3 wonderful children with my husband of 25+ years, I've endured lots of busy seasons. My experiences as a coach, teacher, and in the non-profit world provide me with an array of insight to allow me to connect with clients in unique ways. I value the benefits of looking at life holistically, which allows the best picture of who a person is and wants to be. I provide insight from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
