Phil is passionate about using his organizational expertise to support Cumberland’s mission, ensuring the nonprofit is structured for long-term growth and sustainability. By streamlining operations and championing a healthy internal culture, he makes it possible for therapists to focus fully on client care, advancing the vision of quality mental health services available to everyone, regardless of income.
I consider it a true privilege to support people as they seek lives filled with greater healing, hope, and meaning. If you’ve started to notice patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, or relationships that don’t sit right, or if you just feel a quiet pull toward change you can’t yet define, know that you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
My goal is to create a space that feels safe, open, and free of judgment. A place where you can show up exactly as you are. From that foundation, we’ll gently explore your story together, uncover what’s at the core of your struggles, and work toward insight and growth that truly lasts. I deeply value tailoring therapy to fit who you are, respecting your personality, pace, and comfort, so that the process feels both meaningful and sustainable.
Taking steps toward change can be daunting, but it is absolutely within reach. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you begin.
