Lauren Walker, pre-licensed therapist
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can take a breath, be fully yourself, and know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. My hope is to curate a space where you feel safe, known, and supported, while also feeling encouraged to grow and discover what is possible for your life.

About Me: As an art therapist, I also believe that sometimes we can express through art what words cannot. Art can give us another way to explore what we’re feeling, discover something new about ourselves, or make sense of an experience. And while art is always an option, it is never a requirement. Sometimes therapy looks like creating, sometimes it looks like talking, and sometimes it’s a little of both. With art therapy, the value often comes from the process of creating rather than the finished product. Creating something can give you space to slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and discover things that might be difficult to put into words. You may even walk away with something tangible that reminds you of what you felt, learned, or discovered along the way.
