Sunshine Black, APC
Life can feel overwhelming and exhausting, especially when you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, family conflict, or patterns that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected. You may sense that something needs to change but feel unsure where to begin. You don’t have to do this alone.
I believe therapy is a collaborative and compassionate process where meaningful healing and growth can occur. My approach is warm and supportive, helping clients identify unhelpful patterns, heal past wounds, and develop practical tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re facing marital challenges, recovering from codependent relationships, processing emotional pain, or learning to see your own worth more clearly, I walk alongside you at your pace.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. Together, we work to build emotional resilience, strengthen healthy connections, and cultivate inner peace. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I would be honored to support you on your healing journey.
About Me: I have been married to my husband, Kevin, for 29 years, and together we have nine children, including two daughters-in-law, ranging in age from six to twenty-seven. Our family is multicultural and formed through both biological children and adoption, an experience that has shaped my deep appreciation for connection, resilience, and the many ways families grow.
