Katie Cheek, Counseling Intern

I believe everyone is going through something and deserves to be met right where they are. As a clinician, I aim to create that sense of compassion for all my clients: letting them know that their whole experience is welcome and valid. Together we will work on key aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) such as self-care, mindfulness, and regulating emotions. I hope to create a welcoming and safe environment for you to share your story.
