Emily Hinds, LPC
Life has a way of negatively impacting our mental health and well-being with its constant challenges, changes and crises. Common stressors such as work problems, family conflict, divorce, and daily hassles can lead to bigger problems if left unaddressed. Fortunately, this does not have to be your story, as therapy can provide you with not only helpful tools for maintaining mental wellness, but for building resilience as well. I provide a safe, judgement-free space for clients to express their concerns and receive empathy and emotional support. It is my pleasure to partner with you as you begin your journey towards becoming your best self.

About Me: I am a person-centered practitioner which means that I am very passionate about helping others reach a deeper understanding and fuller awareness of themselves. I especially enjoy helping individuals who fail to thrive because they are struggling in different areas of life. I have extensive experience working with people experiencing crises, overwhelming stress, or consumed with worry and anxiety for a myriad of reasons. My goal is to bring hope and relief to those who are troubled and mentally/emotionally impacted by their negative experiences. My wish is that everyone realizes they are empowered to overcome any adversity and live their best life.
