Christina Hesse, Counseling Intern

It is an honor to join the Cumberland Counseling team as a counselor in training (CIT). I know first-hand the difference counseling can make in the lives of those who take the courageous step to seek it. I am a firm believer that “everyone needs a therapist” and there is no shame in seeking help and support through therapy. I strive to place individuals in a seat of honor as they share with me, holding space for their emotions and thoughts. My hope in my time at Cumberland and beyond is to develop meaningful therapeutic relationship & partnership with individuals seeking to walk in wellness and wholeness.
