Mykaila Alexander, Counseling Intern

I believe therapy is not one size fits all. Therefore, I utilize both Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) interchangeably to offer each client their own individualized treatment plan catered to their unique needs and goals. During sessions, my clients and I can work together to explore their emotions and thoughts in a safe and supportive environment to help foster growth, healing, and self-discovery. Whether an individual is struggling to find peace or looking to understand themselves better, I’m here to walk alongside them to create a path toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and a fulfilling life. Let’s embark on your healing journey together!
