About Me: I enjoy working with individuals and families from a faith based family systems perspective. I often work with families who are navigating challenges including relational conflict, communication barriers, grief and loss. I also work with couples to strengthen both connection and trust, and I work with parents as they navigate issues of child development and implementing effective family structure. My individual therapy work typically centers around identity formation, spiritual direction, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, anger, addiction, and codependency.
